- Яйцо - 3 шт
- Йогурт натуральный - 120 гр
- Мягкий творог - 50 гр
- Кукурузная мука - 6 ст. л.
- Соль - на кончике ножа
- Разрыхлитель - 1 ч. л. без горки
- Сыр твердый - 50 гр
- Кунжут - 1 ч. л.
Подготовка

1Смешайте хорошо все ингредиенты, кроме сыра. Сыр нарежьте крупными кусками.

2Залейте тесто в силиконовые формочки до половины.

3Положите кусочек сыра в тесто, и залейте оставшимся тестом.

4Сверху украсьте кунжутом.

5Выпекайте в заранее разогретой духовке до 180 градусов 35-40 минут.
