Соус Песто – традиционный итальянский соус. В оригинальном рецепте готовится из базилика. Но мы сегодня будем готовить его с добавлением петрушки.

Ингредиенты
- Петрушка - 1 крупный пучок
- Чеснок - 2 зубчика
- Масло растительное - 100 гр
- Кедровые орехи 50 гр
Подготовка

1Отделите листья петрушки от стеблей.

2Измельчите все ингредиенты в блендере.

3Храните соус в холодильнике не дольше 1 недели.
